4. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients.
Store and technology providers
We may use website hosts, WooCommerce-related services, database providers, content-delivery networks, security providers, backup services, and technical support providers to operate the Store.
These providers may process contact information, account information, order information, device information, and Store activity as necessary to provide their services.
Payment processors
Payment information and transaction details may be provided to payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud-prevention providers, and financial institutions involved in completing or reviewing a transaction.
Manufacturers and fulfillment providers
When a product is manufactured or fulfilled by a third party, such as Printful, we may provide the information reasonably necessary to produce and deliver the order. This may include your name, shipping address, telephone number, email address, selected products, sizes, quantities, and order reference number.
A fulfillment provider may use facilities or subcontractors in different countries depending on the product and delivery destination.
Shipping and logistics providers
We may provide shipping information to postage and logistics platforms such as Pirate Ship, as well as carriers such as the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or other domestic and international carriers.
Information disclosed may include your name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, package details, customs information, declared value, and tracking information.
Communications providers
We may use email and customer-support providers, including Zoho, to send receipts, order updates, support responses, and other communications.
Professional advisers and business-service providers
We may disclose information to accountants, tax providers, auditors, insurers, attorneys, consultants, and other professional advisers where reasonably necessary.
Governmental and legal recipients
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or lawful governmental request.

Business transfers
Personal information may be disclosed as part of a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, acquisition, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction. Any recipient would remain subject to applicable privacy obligations.
5. Beneficiary Charities
Some Store products may be sold in connection with fundraising campaigns or may generate a stated contribution or benefit for a charitable organization.
We may provide beneficiary charities with aggregated or non-identifying information, such as total sales, total proceeds, or amounts attributable to a campaign.
We do not provide a charity with a customer’s name, address, email address, order details, or other identifying information merely because the customer purchased a charity-benefiting product, unless:
- The customer has consented to the disclosure.
- The disclosure was clearly described when the information was collected.
- The disclosure is required to administer a program requested by the customer.
- The disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by law.
A purchase from the Store does not necessarily establish a direct donor relationship between the customer and the beneficiary charity.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Store may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies.
Essential cookies
Essential technologies may be used to:
- Maintain shopping-cart contents.
- Operate checkout.
- Authenticate customer accounts.
- Remember privacy and security preferences.
- Prevent fraud and protect the Store.
- Maintain sessions and load balancing.
Because these technologies are necessary to provide the Store, they generally cannot be disabled through our cookie controls.
Advertising technologies
We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels to track visitors across unaffiliated websites for targeted advertising.
7. Sale and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information to third parties in exchange for money.
We do not process or disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.
8. Browser Privacy Signals
Because we do not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-site targeted advertising, a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal does not materially change our data practices.
9. Marketing Communications
We may send transactional communications relating to your orders, account, payments, shipping, customer-service requests, or changes affecting a transaction. These messages are necessary to provide the services you requested and are not promotional subscriptions.
We will send promotional email only where permitted by applicable law. You may unsubscribe by using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent necessary transactional messages.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- Complete and support orders.
- Provide warranties, replacements, refunds, and customer service.
- Maintain tax, accounting, and financial records.
- Resolve payment disputes and chargebacks.
- Prevent fraud and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may generally retain order and transaction records for up to seven years after the relevant transaction, unless a longer or shorter period is appropriate or required by law.
Abandoned-cart, analytics, support, account, cookie, and marketing records may be retained for shorter periods based on their purpose and our operational settings.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, de-identify it, or securely isolate it until deletion is practicable. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten through ordinary backup processes.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include access controls, encrypted connections, software updates, backups, authentication controls, logging, and limiting access to people with a business need.
No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account password and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information.
- Request access to personal information we maintain about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of certain information.

- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, qualifying profiling, or the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Appeal a decision we make concerning a privacy request.
- Receive equal service and not be unlawfully discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

These rights may be subject to exceptions. For example, we may retain information needed to complete an order, maintain required financial records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
To submit a privacy request, contact us at:
Email: privacy@overproduced.live
Please describe the right you wish to exercise and provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to appropriate verification.
To appeal a decision regarding a privacy request, reply to our decision or email us with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.”
13. California Residents
The California Consumer Privacy Act applies only to businesses meeting specified thresholds, including more than $25 million in annual gross revenue, handling the information of at least 100,000 California residents or households, or deriving at least half of annual revenue from selling California residents’ personal information. (California Attorney General)
To the extent California privacy law applies to us, California residents may exercise applicable rights described in the “Your Privacy Rights” section.
We do not sell personal information for money. Our treatment of advertising technologies and browser opt-out signals is described above.
14. International Visitors
Overproduced is based in the United States. Personal information submitted through the Store may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers, fulfillment partners, or shipping providers operate.
Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws in your country. Where required, we will use an appropriate lawful mechanism for restricted international transfers.
15. Children’s Privacy
The Store is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
16. External Websites
The Store may link to beneficiary charities, social-media platforms, payment services, carriers, or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information directly to them.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Store, our service providers, our practices, or applicable law.
We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected personal information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
